Navajo Gaming in AZ and NM that operates the Fire Rock, Flowing Water, Northern Edge and Twin Arrows casinos has a new base level Cougar/Nashdoi Tsoh card.

The previous 3rd issue cards had logos for 4 casinos on the reverse with the mag stripe at the top and Twin Arrows was listed as the first casino.

The new 4th issue cards still have the same logos and mag strip at the top but now the Fire Rock logo is listed first.
