The originally listed Silver Preferred level card from the Silver Slipper Casino in Lakeshore, MS with the 12/09 expiration date on the front had an "03" above the mag stripe on the top right corner on the back. Another variation of that card WITHOUT any numbers over the mag stripe was just recently found and added to the guides.
