The earlier cards from Colville Tribal Casinos in Washington state listed Coulee Dam Casino, Mill Bay Casino and Okanogan Bingo casino. The original cards were the vertical PAC Player's Advantage Club cards in 2 or 3 colors. The next card after that is shown below and is a horizontal card that says Colville Tribal Casino's Advantage Club with PAC below. Those cards still list the same 3 casinos. Earlier this year the Okanogan Bingo Casino in Okaogan, WA was closed and replaced with the 12 Tribes Resort Casino in Omak, WA. The latest cards list this new location in place of the Okanogan location while having the same front design. Scans of the latest card are also included below. Note that the text on the reverse is actually upside down on the cards but I'm showing them right side up here so they're easier to read.
