The purple IsleOne 11th issue card (without Players Club under the IsleOne) currently listed in the guides has two casinos listed for Louisiana on the back - Bossier City and Lake Charles and the logo in the bottom right corner on the reverse has two lines of text.

Another variation of that card was just reported that only has ONE casino (Lake Charles) listed for Louisiana, otherwise it's identical to the original 11th issue card.
