The Paragon Casino in Marksville, LA changed their slot cards some time ago for their 20th year anniversary where the design has a dark grey or blank band down the right side with a red "Celebrating 20 years" banner at the top above the Paragon logo. Afterwards they just removed the 20 year banner but kept the same basic design. Now the latest cards have changed the horizontal logo in the bottom right to a vertical logo along the right side.
