Latest 11th issue base level card from Ohkay Casino in San Juan Pueblo, NM is very similar to the last card but now has 735648 over the mag stripe on the back and the reverse text is more compressed with shorter lines and more white space before and after the text. Appears the casino is still using the 8th issue Turquoise Club and Governors Club cards.
