Here's a new APlay Club card with the black spade reported from the Lakeside Hotel Casino in Osceola, IA. These are simmilar to the generic APlay Affinity cards but this one has the Lakeside Hotel Casino logo on the back. On this particular card the last line of text in the bottom paragraph on the back starts with "any person..." while the previous card is was "21 from..."
