Here's a new found version of the green Cash Card from the Showboat Casino in Atlantic City, NJ that was not previously listed in the guides. This particular card has SC-14 in the bottom left on the reverse AND it also has a PPC logo in the bottom right on the reverse, plus there's a border around the signature strip.
