The slot cards from the Rivers Philadelphia Casino come in 5 levels - Gold for 0 to 4,999 tier points, Platinum for 5,000 to 9,999 points, Platinum Plus for 10,000 to 24,999 points, Onyx for 25,000 to 49,999 points and Sapphire for 50,000+ points. Below is a scan of the base Gold card, the casino will not give out blanks. I did grab a brochure that shows all the cards and it's posted on the ChipGuide if you want more info.
