Missing Green Rewards card from the 5th issue with C-50683F on the back from the Montbleu Casino in Lake Tahoe, NV. Looking at the current listings in the guides it appears we're missing a number of various levels from the last few issues of the TROP Advantage cards after the front logo was removed.

Don't forget that I'm not guessing what levels may exist in each issue and only listing cards as they're found and reported so we don't wind up listing cards that might not exist. So if you see anything we don't have listed in the guides be sure to submit scans so we can get the missing card(s) included.
