Here's what appears to be a very early slot card from the Fortune Bay Casino in Tower, MN with "At Lake Vermillion" included in the reverse logo and a Faraday manufacturer mark. It's reasonable to assume it's earlier than the currently listed 1st issue! To avoid renumbering everything I'm adding this to the guides as the "1a" issue and relisting the original 1st issue as the "1b" issue.
