The Prairie Wind Casino in Pine Ridge, SD moved the rear text right to make room for moving the punch hole from the bottom corner to the middle of the side of the card. On the previous card with the hole in the corner the rear text started approx. 5mm from the left edge of the card. The new card with the text moved right starts approx. 11-12mm from the left edge.
