New from the Lucky Eagle Casino in Rochester, WA - new Soar level card now has the level and casino logo across the TOP of the card instead of on the bottom like on the previous issue. So far only the Soar level has been reported with the new design. Note the small number 3 over the mag stripe at the right of the card.
