TITO Information Needed-Bicycle Casino CA

For a short time in early 2008 the Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens, CA (a CA Card Room) had a Fast Deal electronic poker table installed, one of only 2 casinos to ever use Fast Deal tables, Fast Deal was bought out by Lightning and the Fast Deal tables removed, payout from the game was made via a terminal that read the $ value from the players card and printed a TITO which was then cashed at the cage. Did anyone get a Bicycle Fast Deal TITO during the short time the Fast Deal table was installed. I would like to get a front and back scan if anyone has one to add to the update of my collectors TITO catalog.
