Thanks for the "plug" Jerry. Yes, I do have the December 2006, 6th edition on CD. You must have microsoft word to open it. I am out of the printed guides, and won't print any more since the book is a year old. I am working on the 7th edition but it won't go to print for possibly 13-14 months.
