Harrahs code for card numbers

Hello all,
A few years back I remember having a list of codes for Harrah's slot cards. They described what the card codes meant. i.e. Card numbers beginning with 168 meant the card was from Atlantic City another one was somethng like a card number beginning with 177 meant it was a spouse's card.
Anyone have a copy of those codes?
